App-V Client permission deny

HI ,

We are using standalone method of deployment . Here the users have persmiison to unload and Clear the cache. By which rhe users are not able to use the application .

How to deny permission for users from unloading or clearing the cache.

I tried making the below changes in the registry key. But did not help me.

     HKLM\Software\Microsoft\softgrid\4.5\client\Permissions 

              Set:-            UnloadApp=0   and    ClearApp=0    

 Would there be any issue if we deny permission to uloadapp and clear cache.? Please provide your suggestions.
