Sqlserver installation Issue

When i am installing sqlserver 2008 enterprise on windows server 2008 r2 . i am getting the error.

unable to get installer types inthe c:program Files(x86)\microsoft Sql server\100\Tools'Binn\Microsoft.sqlserver.Management.Psprovider.dll assembly

To resolver the issue i follow the approch:

• Install Windows PowerShell.
• Start the Cryptographic Services service if it is not started. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then press ENTER.
• Right-click Cryptographic Services, and then clickStart.
• Try to install SQL Server 2008.

But still the issue is not solved .
