MS SQL Express Fails to Install

Hi

I am trying to install Symantec Backup Exec 2014 but it fails at the point of trying to install SQL Express.

I can't see anything in the log that points me to a solution.  I was thinking of asking on the Symantec forums but as it is MSSQL failing I figure here may be a better place.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks
