Error installing SQL SERVER 2014 using command line install from WIN RM

I'm trying to install SQL SERVER 2014 (en_sql_server_2014_developer_edition_x64_dvd_3940406) on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard using the Administrator account. I am able to get the command line install to run correctly by kicking off using cmd via remote desktop, but when I kick off the same script using WIN RM (using the same Administrator account) I get this error during the install (see below). It looks like its due to the SQLSVCACCOUNT="NT Service\MSSQLSERVER" option which I believe I need to get a sa account created. Other posts related to this talk about removing and re-adding the computer to your domain or something to do with clustering but I am not clustering nor is the computer on a domain.
