Set up TLS V1.2

hi,

I have been trying to get encryption working on TLSV1.2. I the version of MSSQL which should support TLSV1.2 according to this:

Checking with wiresharks show are are using TLSV1.

What are the steps for ensuring we restrict to using TLSv1.2?
