File 3a47159.MSI is missing

Hi!

I'm trying to repair an SQL 2008 instance, but it the middle of the process i get this error:

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:

C:\Windows\Installer\3a47159.msi.

I don't know what file this is (or referring), and on the Internet there is nothing about it.

(i used this tutorial and in the output file doesn't appear nothing related to this missing file: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/969052)

Any ideas?!
