Downgrading SQL 2012 BI to SQL 2012 Standard

I attempted a "aide by side" installation of SQL 2012 BI and SQL 2012 Standard. There were a few errors during the install, but the installation completed. SQL BI is still working, but SQL Standard will not start and I cant access SQL Management Studio.  This is the installation log:

I am getting the impression I need to reinstall SQL.  The installer won't run and the Windows Uninstaller won't run, either.
