While installing SQL Server Express 2012 I got the error "wait on the database engine recovery handle failed. check the sql server error log for potential causes." I saw that people with this problem changed the service to NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
and the error warning no longer came up. I want to change the login mode to mixed and this must be done in the registry but the folder MSSQL. <instance name> does not exist. How can this problem be fixed? How can I properly install SQL Server Express
2012 with no errors?
