Hello,
I would like to make a installation of SQL Server 2016 on a new VM under Windows 2016 data center. This server has no conection to the Internet.
I'am on the step: "Install Setup Files" for some hours. Nothing happens. No error message but status is still Not started.
Any help will be welcome
