I need to perform an in place instance upgrade of SQL 2008 R2 SP3 to SQL 2017 express editions. I was receiving errors about mapping accounts and that issue seems to be resolved. Now the upgrade gets to the end without any error pop-ups but
the instance upgrade still fails. I have reviewed the log files and nothing is jumping out as the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
