Need to Upgrade from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2016

Hi All,

I have to plan and upgrade Database from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2016. It is going to be in-place upgrade. 

Would like to know the challenges and gotcha if any..?

Currently I am following this:
