Rebuilddatabase ReSourceDB

If action=rebuilddatabase , will it also rebuild ResourceDB?

here i have doubt because rebuilddatabase simply copies files from Binn\template folder to data folder and in this folder there's no mssqlsystemresourcedb.mdf and ldf files.
